When work leaves our state, skills erode, crews scatter, and the business infrastructure follows. Rebuilding a productive work environment is slower and far more expensive than sustaining what already exists.

While state agencies handle the logistics and administration of incentives, the non-profit Alliance serves as the industry’s independent voice. We do what a state agency cannot: we advocate, organize, and lobby for the policy changes that actually bring work to Minnesota.
